The open kitchen and customizable selections aim to engage guests. We serve classic selections like our Hand-Cut Black Angus Steaks, served on a sizzling lava stone. Diners are also able to customize entrée selections with choice of preparation style, sauce, and temperature. Indulge in a Cuban Classic, Paella a la Costa, a Calasparra Rice Dish filled with Clams, Mussels, Scallops, Shrimp, Chorizo, Chicken, Peppers, Peas. The Wave also features fresh locally sourced seafood and produce, as well as select Cuban specialties developed by Costa's owners, Emilio and Gloria Estefan, from their Estefan Kitchen Cookbook.
